St. Bede's has an active life together, meeting in small gatherings throughout the year.  In addition there are a number of favorite events that are planned in each season.  Take a look at the year-at-a-glance.

Besides special events and those of groups listed below, many generous people give of themselves in ministries that form in us the practice of serving one another as Christ served us.

The intercessory prayer chain prays daily for the special needs and concerns of the congregation and others, which have been brought to our attention.  Call or email the church office with your requests, that we may pray for each other.

Our church is blessed with a group of dedicated singers, offering sacred music in the Sunday service and at other special times through the year.  The choir sings from September through early June, when they break for summer. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings at 7, usually (but not always) at church. 

The choir is an informal group (no vestments as of yet) that enjoys laughter. Those interested in joining don't have to have any special skills - just a delight in singing, and a willingness to work together, rehearse, and learn. For more information, ask a choir member or contact the church office.

The Women's Fellowship is for all the women of the parish.  Meetings are on the 3rd Sunday of the month from 3 - 5 in the afternoon.  All are welcome.  The women take turns leading the group.  Call Jan Potter (503-359-7628) to find out more.

The Brotherhood of St. Andrew is a fellowship of men, young through the not-so-youthful, who are dedicated to the task of bringing men and youth to Christ.  The format of the meetings includes prayer, study, discussion and breakfast goodies.
